Welcome to The School Canteen at Balmain Public School!
We're Kirsty and Jason, a mum-and-dad team from the inner west, and the proud owners of The School Canteen. As parents to four young children ourselves, we truly understand that quality food matters.
That's why we're committed to our core philosophy: delivering honest, healthy food made fresh to order every day, completely free from artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. No nasty numbers here—just great food supporting your child's busy day!
We are thrilled to be supported by the Balmain Public School community.
Canteen service - Fridays
Our service operates every Friday for lunch.
To ensure everything is prepared fresh for your child:
Standard Order Cut-Off: 7:30 am on Friday morning.
Late Lunch Menu: If you miss the standard cut-off, we offer a selection of items until 8:30 am.
Planning Ahead: You can order for the day, the week, or up to two weeks in advance using the Spriggy Schools system.
